About the Role
The VIS Dakota Dunes Procedure Center is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our cath lab team. You’ll support our vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists during minimally invasive procedures including peripheral arterial intervention, venous ablation, dialysis-access management, and GAE (genicular artery embolization).
What You’ll Do
- Prepare patients for procedures including pre-procedure education and intake
- Assist the physician team during cath lab interventions
- Monitor patients during and after procedures, including conscious sedation protocols
- Document care in our EHR and coordinate with our clinic and scheduling teams
- Contribute to a physician-owned, patient-first culture
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in South Dakota (compact state license accepted)
- ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Minimum 2 years acute-care or procedural nursing experience
- Cath lab, endovascular, or IR experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills; comfort working directly with physicians in a procedural setting
