About the Role

The Clinic RN/LPN supports clinical operations, patient care coordination, triage, procedural support, and provider communication. This role is based at our Omaha, NE location.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage prescription refill requests.
  • Triage calls, messages, and urgent patient concerns.
  • Assist with office-based procedures.
  • Provide patient education and discharge instructions.
  • Schedule OR procedures and coordinate consents.
  • Coordinate pre-op requirements including cardiac clearance.
  • Coordinate vendor/rep coverage for procedures.
  • Initiate prior authorizations.
  • Manage supply outdates and inventory.
  • Review abnormal diagnostics and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Support marketing lead workflows as needed.

Qualifications

  • Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska (compact license accepted)
  • Outpatient clinic experience preferred
  • Strong triage and patient-education skills
