About the Role

The RN Clinic Manager leads day-to-day clinical operations at our Chicagoland clinics (Wheaton and Crystal Lake, IL): staffing and scheduling, patient care coordination, and clinic workflow, while staying hands-on in patient care alongside the team.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow.
  • Lead, schedule, and support clinic nursing and support staff.
  • Coordinate patient care: triage, education, procedure scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Serve as the point of contact between providers, staff, and administration.
  • Manage prescription refill workflows and prior authorization processes.
  • Monitor clinic supplies, equipment readiness, and ordering.
  • Support quality, safety, and compliance standards across the clinic.
  • Step into direct patient care as clinic volume requires.

Qualifications

  • Active Illinois RN licensure
  • Clinical leadership, charge nurse, or clinic management experience preferred
  • Vascular, cardiology, or procedural clinic experience a plus
  • Strong organization and communication skills
