About the Role

The RN Clinic Manager leads day-to-day clinical operations at our Chicagoland clinics (Wheaton and Crystal Lake, IL): staffing and scheduling, patient care coordination, and clinic workflow, while staying hands-on in patient care alongside the team.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow.
Lead, schedule, and support clinic nursing and support staff.
Coordinate patient care: triage, education, procedure scheduling, and follow-up.
Serve as the point of contact between providers, staff, and administration.
Manage prescription refill workflows and prior authorization processes.
Monitor clinic supplies, equipment readiness, and ordering.
Support quality, safety, and compliance standards across the clinic.
Step into direct patient care as clinic volume requires.

Qualifications

Active Illinois RN licensure
Clinical leadership, charge nurse, or clinic management experience preferred
Vascular, cardiology, or procedural clinic experience a plus
Strong organization and communication skills
