About the Role
The Sedation RN provides procedural nursing care, conscious-sedation support, patient monitoring, and perioperative coordination within the OBL setting. This role is based at our Omaha, NE location.
What You’ll Do
- Provide pre-op and post-op patient care.
- Conduct pre/post procedure calls.
- Manage interoperative charting and medication documentation.
- Support sedation workflows alongside physicians and CRNAs.
- Monitor patient safety and recovery.
- Educate patients and families.
- Ensure procedural documentation accuracy.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska (compact license accepted)
- ACLS certification required
- Moderate/conscious sedation experience strongly preferred
