About the Role
Join our growing outpatient vascular and interventional practice. We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our physician-owned outpatient vascular and interventional lab. This position plays an essential role in providing exceptional patient care before, during, and after minimally invasive procedures. This role is based at our Dakota Dunes, SD location.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare procedure rooms and maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Assist the Rad Techs/RNs and physician during vascular and interventional procedures.
- Assist the surgeon in scrubbing during vascular and interventional procedures.
- Circulate during procedures.
- Assist with procedural preparation.
- Assist with patient transport and recovery.
- Stock procedure rooms and maintain supplies.
- Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment.
- Turn over procedure rooms between cases.
- Support patients throughout the day.
- Assist with clerical and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Surgical Technologist license/certification.
- Experience in an outpatient surgery center, cath lab, IR, vascular, or procedural setting is a plus, but not required.
- BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced procedural environment.
