SMS Terms
These terms apply to text (SMS) messages from Vascular & Interventional Specialists (VIS). By giving your consent on one of our forms, you agree to the terms below.
Program description
If you check the contact-consent box and provide your phone number, VIS and its care team may contact you by automated or pre-recorded calls and text messages about your request, your appointment and care, and services, treatments, and offers that may interest you.
Cost and frequency
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Texts are sent by standard SMS and are not encrypted.
Consent is not a condition of care
Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving any care or service from VIS. You can request care without agreeing to text messaging.
How to opt out or get help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also opt out or ask questions by calling the office number listed on our Contact page.
Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
